Managing Director of Gould Publication Papers
Starting his career at Express Newspapers in the advertising department, Dom spent 5 years there before being persuaded to join Salehurst Paper in 1993
In 2004 Salehurst became part of the Gould Paper Corporation and was merged with P3 paper when he took on the role of Sales Director for the two companies, since renamed Gould Publication Papers UK.
Dom's experience is predominantly with catalogue and mail order companies as well as magazine publishers in the UK, Europe and N.America, advising on and providing cost effective printing paper solutions. When not at work or entertaining his children Dom is a fair weather tennis player and an improving cook. He does not spend as much time as Darren at the gym.
Customers Services & Marketing Director
Mandy has been in the print and paper industry for in excess of 25 years, working for Printers, Paper Mills and Brokers. Mandy joined Gould in 2005 as The Sales & Marketing Manager, and now is a Director, taking care of Gould’s marketing requirements and managing sales within all publishing sectors. Mandy enjoys walking her dogs, Meg and Scooby in Hampshire, were she lives with her husband Matt and daughter Leah.
Matt has a degree in French Language and Literature from Liverpool University and somehow ended up in the paper industry. 12 years on and he is now a Director focusing on sales in the Travel and Publishing sector. His first love is Liverpool FC, and he is still ready and waiting for the call up to help take his team back to the summit of English football.
International Sales Manager
Jack, also known as hairy so call him what you choose. Jack’s first job was in the freight forwarding industry, specialising in global events for medical companies. After two years Jack felt it was time to move on, and in September 2008 joined Gould. Jack has found his niche in supplying paper to the publishing market. Outside of work Jack enjoys playing golf.
Alex joined the paper industry straight after college back in 2001 assisted by a pushy parent who spent over 40 years in the industry… After 18 years working for a publishing merchant, Alex joined Gould in December 2019. Alex is passionate about the importance of customer service and promoting the full advantages of Gould’s unique paper management service. His experience with working across all publishing sectors, especially within the travel and retail markets means his skills and knowledge are always put to good use. Outside of work, Alex enjoys regular visits to the gym and he has a season ticket at Chelsea.
Simon has been in the industry for in excess of 25 years working for publishers, and merchants before he joined Gould in May 2017. Simon works across all publishing sectors and is well versed in sourcing last minute paper for ad hoc printing projects. Simon particularly enjoys working with printers, print management companies and envelopes manufacturers and has built strong relationships within these sectors. Outside of work Simon is a dedicated Arsenal supporter, and enjoys going to matches with his family.
