You love paper
With the upward rise of digital media, in an era that has become so focused on the internet, you’d be forgiven for thinking that the days of print were numbered.
However the printed world may have seen a decline but the industry is still going strong with magazines and newspapers in high demand and new titles always on the horizon.
A little bit more never hurt anybody
A little boost in recognition really wouldn’t hurt though, you know, just to remind the public that reading is still best done when you can feel the paper between your fingers - and what better way to get generate some interest than through digital media?
Advertising in a popular digital magazine not only promotes printed media, but also reinforces our position that print and digital media can co-exist and have many synergies. You love paper.pdf
Inc. magazine’s digital edition recently featured this ad – "No Wonder You Love Paper" ad campaign.
Created to reinforce printed magazines and newspapers as an appealing and sustainable way to read, the ads feature people enjoying magazines for education, business, play and relaxation in their daily lives.
Could this be the start of something new?
The campaign also features a companion consumer website, www.youlovepaper.info/US with fun activities like the Environmental Guru Quiz and a video contest. There’s also a downloadable Paper Myths and Facts brochure and a short, animated video on U.S. forest and paper facts.
Many people don’t think that the two platforms (printed and online media) can work well together, however we think this is not the case, in fact, it’s quite the opposite.
They complement each other delightfully and this new approach, merging the traditional values of print with the idealistic modern values of online may just be the start of a new beginning for the world of media as a whole.
